Mandatory EVE Online Authentication
Onboarding
Corporation, alliance, and Imperium coalition authentication are all mandatory. This is not optional paperwork. This is how access, audits, Discord roles, fleets, and operation security get handled.
Read This First
Authentication is mandatory at all three levels: corp, alliance, and coalition. Any failure to pass an audit, missing required characters, hidden characters, stale tokens, or incomplete setup can result in immediate removal from operations.
Alliance Level
Kraken / Vapor Auth
Out of the Blue is the alliance both Not Half Bad and Bad Dudes are joining. Kraken handles alliance-level services and audits.
Open Kraken Auth
Coalition Level
Imperium / Goonfleet ESI
The Imperium is coalition level. Goonfleet ESI is required for coalition authentication and character visibility checks.

Do these in order. Do not assume one auth replaces the other.
Corp Auth
On the Bad Dudes corp auth site, open the side menu, go to Character Audit, then use Add Character. Link the required alt, lowsec, or FW character and verify the audit view is clean. All alts must also be authenticated at corporation level, either through Bad Dudes auth or Not Half Bad auth, to ensure compliance.
Alliance Auth
Go to Kraken / Vapor Auth. Under Audit Tools > Characters, follow the character audit flow and confirm the required characters are visible.
Imperium Coalition Auth
Go to Goonfleet ESI, then open Manage / Characters. Link and confirm all required characters are visible for coalition audit.
Stay Clean
Keep tokens active. If you change characters, add characters, move characters, or get asked to re-auth, handle it immediately.
Final ESI App Check
Last step: open your EVE Online Authorized Applications page and verify your auths are actually listed. While you are there, remove old corporation, alliance, coalition, or third-party apps you no longer trust or use. Old auths can leak intel if they still have access.

Audit Failure Consequences
If your audit does not pass, leadership may remove you from fleets, Discord roles, services, or operations immediately. Fixing auth is your responsibility.
Final Security Check
Verify Authorized Apps
Before you call yourself done, open EVE Online Authorized Applications. Confirm the correct Bad Dudes, Kraken/Vapor, and Imperium/Goonfleet apps are present. Revoke old alliance, old corp, old tool, and dead third-party access you no longer need. Leaving stale ESI apps connected is how intel leaks happen.
